      4. Closeout & Final Inspections
      • Perform substantial completion punch walks, generate reports and coordinate re-inspections to certify project completion.
      • Collect and review closeout deliverables, including warranties, as-built drawings, and operation manuals.
      • Conduct 360-degree post-work photo documentation for Owner archives.
      5. Final Reporting & Owner Handover
      • Provide the Owner with written report summarizing project completion, final inspections and financial closeout.
