"Our Firm, Hawaii Off Grid, is the Architect of Record for a significant complex renovation on West Maui. Berlien Consulting is the orchestrator of our scope of work in addition to several other design teams and contractors. As the Construction Manager, Berlien Consulting has assisted in navigating county agencies throughout the permitting processes, performed budgetary services, developed a coordinated project schedule and logistical plan, controlled the RFP processes and contracted all parties. Phase 1 of the undertaking was completed on time and to the Owner’s delight, Phase 2 is currently underway and on schedule as well.
